ROLE OVERVIEWThe Junior Content Operations Manager is responsible for the execution and quality control of Brodie League’s content and league graphics operations.
This is an operations role, not a creative role.
You will ensure that every game night, media day, and league milestone is consistently captured, delivered, reviewed, and ready for posting on time and at the Brodie Standard.
You will coordinate and manage Content Operations Specialists, photographers, videographers, and creative partners to ensure content and graphics execution is structured, predictable, and accurate.
Your mission: manage the content operations engine that ensures athletes are consistently seen, celebrated, and excited to relive their best moments.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIESContent Execution & Reliability
- Ensure photo and video content is captured and delivered for all scheduled game nights and media days
- Maintain consistent standards for coverage, turnaround time, organization, and usability
- Own the weekly and seasonal content execution cadence so delivery is calm, predictable, and professional
Content Operations Systems
- Build and maintain workflows, timelines, and checklists that make content execution repeatable
- Ensure content processes are documented, clear, and actively followed
- Reduce reliance on last-minute fixes or individual heroics through structure and discipline
Staffing & Coordination
- Schedule and manage Content Operations Specialists (COS), photographers, and videographers
- Track attendance, reliability, and performance
- Address issues early and escalate or replace resources when standards are not met
Quality Control & Reporting
- Review content for completeness, organization, and readiness for posting
- Track key execution metrics including coverage completion, on-time delivery, and rework
- Communicate clearly with the Senior Operations Manager when issues or trends arise
League Graphics
- Own the execution, accuracy, and timeliness of all league graphics
- Coordinate timelines, reviews, and approvals for regular season, playoffs, Finals, All-Star, and league awards
- Ensure accuracy in names, stats, logos, and formatting before posting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable coordinating people, timelines, and systems
- Able to hold contractors and teammates accountable in a professional manner
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts
- Prior experience in sports, media, operations, or coordination roles is an asset
- 5 days in office at our Toronto HQ - Brodie has thrived due to a culture of collaboration and teamwork in office
Compensation Disclosure
The expected annual compensation range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. The compensation range may be adjusted in the future.
