We’re looking for a Junior Content Officer to join our People team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating innovative content that not only inspires employees but also enhances our employer brand and social presence.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating video-driven and AI-enhanced content for internal and external audiences. You should have a solid understanding of social platforms (particularly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values both collaboration and creative autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with the L&D team to design engaging digital content, including tutorials, training videos, and interactive learning modules.
- Employer Branding Campaigns: Develop creative campaigns to amplify our EVP, increase employee engagement, and attract top talent.
- Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for use across social media channels including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communication platforms.
- Generative AI Utilization: Leverage generative AI tools to enhance L&D content, making training materials more interactive, visually appealing, and impactful.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to enhance the employee experience by creating compelling multimedia content that informs and inspires employees.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging social media and video production trends, ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Brand Stewardship: Act as a champion of our tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all content.
Experience/ Knowledge/Skills:
- Content Creation Expertise: Proven experience creating video content, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Generative AI Skills: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, or others, and the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into content creation.
- Learning & Development Focus: Experience or interest in creating materials for employee training and development.
- Social Media Savvy: A strong grasp of social platforms, trends, and best practices, with a creative approach to storytelling for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
- Creative Vision: A sharp eye for compelling visuals and a passion for delivering engaging, on-brand content.
- Organisational Skills: High levels of organisation, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a dynamic setting but can also work independently, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every project.
Preferred But Not Essential:
- Graphic Design experience (working in software such as Adobe Photoshop)
