Junior Consultant Insurance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Consultant, to be part of DXC Insurance Consulting team.

We are looking for a professional to collaborate on improving service performance and efficiency, designing new processes and solutions, leveraging innovation, digital & data. As part of a team, you will support leading insurance companies in the implementation of new models and the redesign of organised processes

Responsibilities:

• Functional process analysis;

• Analysing and benchmarking market solutions to support core processes;

• Monitoring the regulatory landscape and identifying new requirements to produce an impact analysis for the customer;

• Assists in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assists in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.);

• Participation in the preparation of SAL;

• Supporting the executive manager in the preparation of interventions and propositions for business development.

Education and Skills:

• Master’s degree in economics, Finance, Science and/or Engineering;

• Nice to have previous experience or internship in IT fields;

• Good Knowledge of English;

• Relational and analytical skills, team-working ability
