The work
As a strategy analyst within Accenture Data & AI, you will be working with diverse clients across multiple industries, helping them in turning data into actionable insights and defining their investments strategies for the advancement of their (Agentic) AI capabilities.
- People As part of our team, you will be involved in AI, analytics, and innovation assignments. You will have a career counsellor that will help you build the skills you need to excel in your job. You will help our team develop, joining internal taskforces around sustainability, recruitment, learning, etc.
- Processes You will be working on projects in the data & AI domain, building client relationships to foster trust. You will learn from industry experts how to design a data & AI strategy and operating model, define value / investments cases, and create (Agentic) AI product roadmaps.
- Technology and Data In your daily work, you are an ambassador for data & AI-led transformation, data ethics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and visualization best practices.

Here’s what you’ll need
You have a master’s degree (WO) in Business Information Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration/Economics, Strategic Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or similar.
- You have 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are fluent in Dutch (B2) and English (C1), both spoken and written.
- You have a good understanding of Data and AI and its applications.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a great communicator and enjoy presenting findings and insights to an audience.
Bonus points if you have
- Participated in extracurricular activities such as student consulting clubs, board roles, internships that showcase your leadership skills.
- Proven track-record in strategy development, data & AI, and innovation.
- Familiarity with using AI, data science, and machine learning to achieve business goals.
