Demand Review (DE/AT/CH)

  • Überprüfung und Anpassung des IBP-Forecasts
  • Monatliche Dokumentation und Erläuterung von Abweichungen im Decision Tracker
  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung der Forecast Accuracy (3m WMAPE)
  • Unterstützung im Rolling Forecast, insbesondere bei der termingerechten Pflege von Mengen und Preisen in IBP
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für B2B-Kunden

Weitere Logistikaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Interseroh-Prozess, inkl. Zuarbeit für Wirtschaftsprüfer im Rahmen der Prüfung nach Verpackungsgesetz
  • Bereitstellung logistischer Unterlagen für den Jahresabschluss
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im Logistikumfeld

Vertretung

  • Unterstützung im Customer Service für Deutschland und Benelux

Dein Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Fachwirt) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie gängiger betriebswirtschaftlicher Software
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in Lean- und Qualitätsmanagementmethoden sowie im Projektmanagement

Your Responsibilities in Detail

Complaint Handling (GER/AT)

  • Receipt and complete documentation of complaints
  • Clarification of open issues in coordination with the reporting pharmacy
  • Forwarding of all complaints to the Dr. Notghi team
  • Linking of case numbers (Dr. Notghi and Orion) in the event of adverse drug reaction reports
  • Submission of complaints to Global QA via the relevant form
  • Proper storage of complaint samples or organization of shipment to Finland if required
  • Translation and dispatch of investigation reports to pharmacies
  • Weekly reconciliation of all complaints with the Dr. Notghi team
  • Quarterly reconciliation of all complaints with Global QA

Demand Review (DE/AT/CH)

  • Review and adjustment of the IBP forecast
  • Monthly documentation and explanation of deviations in the Decision Tracker
  • Analysis and monitoring of forecast accuracy (3-month WMAPE)
  • Support in the rolling forecast, particularly ensuring timely maintenance of volumes and prices in IBP
  • Primary point of contact for B2B customers

Additional Logistics Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the Interseroh process, including support for auditors במסגרת (as part of) audits in accordance with the Packaging Act
  • Provision of logistical documentation for annual financial statements
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the logistics environment

Backup Responsibilities

  • Support in Customer Service for Germany and Benelux

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification (e.g. business specialist) or a degree in business administration
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Experience with ERP or merchandise management systems
  • Proficient in SAP and common business software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Lean and quality management methods as well as project management
