WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty
- Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and industry-specific forums
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Social Media teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals
- Utilize analytics tools to track community performance, provide actionable insights, and refine engagement tactics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Genuine interest in technology, social media, and cybersecurity-related topics
- Familiarity with major and emerging social platforms, and a curiosity to explore new ways of engaging communities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative and engaging tone
- Eagerness to connect with audiences, spark conversations, and represent the brand authentically
- A proactive and curious mindset, always looking to learn, experiment, and improve
- Basic understanding of digital trends, and a willingness to grow into data and performance tools over time
GROSS SALARY
- From 1652 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
