MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Support the management of social media channels, website and intranet content.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports.
- Help coordinate events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Maintain media contact databases and support outreach efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the Communications team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and preferably business level Spanish.
- Bachelors degree, ideally in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar
Desirable:
- Experience in communications, PR, or marketing
- Understanding of corporate communications principles
