A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Junior Change & Training Consultant, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of change management and training initiatives across various teams. You’ll help develop stakeholder engagement plans, create communication strategies, support soft skills development, and play a key role in driving user adoption.

Your day could see you:

  • Assist in developing and executing tactical change management plans

  • Help identify and manage stakeholder impacts and ensure engagement and readiness

  • Support the delivery of change communications tailored to diverse audiences

  • Collaborate with project teams to embed change management in delivery processes

  • Partner with the training team to enhance soft skill development and team capability

  • Monitor change adoption, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as required

  • Contribute to the development of change management frameworks with the Customer Outcomes team

What You’ll Bring

  • Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model)

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and how change integrates into an iterative approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to support large-scale training and guide teams through the change journey

  • Optimistic mindset and proactive approach to solving stakeholder challenges

  • Strong personal values – loyalty, integrity, focus, enthusiasm, accountability, and talent

  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement

  • Experience developing and delivering internal communications is a plus

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
