* Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
* Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
* Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
* Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.
🎯 You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:
_1\. Business Development:_
* Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Biotechnology (includes cold-calling)
* Define and execute sales strategies.
* Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
* Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
_2\. Talent Acquisition:_
* Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
_3\. Team Leadership:_
* Build and manage your own team of consultants.
* Support career development
* Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.
Requirements

You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.
* Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum)
* Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
* You have between 0-3 years'experience.
* Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
