What You Will Bring to the TeamWe are looking for a highly motivated Junior Legal Resource (Paralegal or Entry-Level Legal Associate) to join our dynamic Commercial Legal Team. This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in commercial law and a passion for supporting business operations.
As a Legal Business Partner, you will work closely with commercial, finance, procurement, and operations teams to help structure deals, review contracts, and support day-to-day legal matters. You’ll be a key part of our mission to enable business growth while managing legal and compliance risks effectively.
Main ResponsibilitiesSupport contract review, drafting, and negotiation of customer and vendor agreements under supervision.
Act as a point of contact for business teams seeking legal input on commercial matters.
Assist with tracking contract lifecycle (from intake to execution and renewal).
Maintain legal databases, templates, and knowledge bases.
Support cross-functional legal projects, including compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal training.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, procurement, operations) to ensure legal alignment.
Conduct basic legal research and prepare internal summaries or memos.
Manage document execution, filing, and follow-up tasks related to contract administration.
Law degree or ongoing legal studies (final year) in Colombia.
1–2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts.
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to review and draft contracts in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must enjoy working closely with business stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and adapt within a regional legal team environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
