Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Unterstützung des Business Development-Teams bei der Identifikation, Entwicklung und Verfolgung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für Ogilvy Germany
  • Mitwirkung am gesamten Pitch-Prozess (End-to-End) – von der ersten Recherche und dem Briefing bis hin zur Erstellung überzeugender Pitch-Präsentationen und -Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der New-Business-Pipeline – Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, aktuellen und handlungsrelevanten Datenbasis
  • Schnittstellenkoordination und Abstimmung zwischen internen Teams sowie mit dem globalen Ogilvy-Netzwerk und Partneragenturen
  • Proaktive Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kontakte und potenzieller Neukunden (Prospects) im Rahmen der BD-Outreach-Strategie
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Agentur-Credentials und weiteren BD-Materialien unter Verwendung von Tools wie PowerPoint, Keynote und Canva

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du bist ein Talent, möchtest den Quereinstieg wagen und hast anschauliche Beispiele uns das zu präsentieren
  • Erstes Verständnis der Agenturwelt und/ oder der Marketing- und Kommunikationsbranche
  • 2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Kreativ-, Medien- oder Marketingumfeld
  • Ehrgeiz, Lernbereitschaft und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Themen
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem geschulten Blick für Details und Qualität
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist – du inspirierst, motivierst und unterstützt die Menschen in deinem Umfeld
  • Sicheres Auftreten beim Zugehen auf neue Kontakte und beim Aufbau von Beziehungen (sowohl intern als auch extern)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote und/oder Canva – sowie die generelle Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
