We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused person to work as Junior Business Analyst. This role consists key business analysis tasks, including data review, requirements gathering, and process improvement. This position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced environment.
As a Business Analyst, you will perform routine data analysis for internal customers, including finance and engineering teams, under moderate supervision. You will also assist Business Analysts II and Senior Business Analysts in addressing business requirements and process improvements.

- Manage data sourcing, ensure data analysis and validation, and report validation results.
- Synthesize information and recommend solutions based on analysis.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, report variances, and explain changes.
- Regularly communicate with peers in other Honeywell divisions and internal customers, and collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, and Engineering.
- Prepare reports and communicate them to a cross-functional audience.
- Participate in developing process improvement plans and support assigned continuous improvement initiatives.
You must have
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, project management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in diverse, global, or cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and an aptitude for analysis.
- Basic knowledge of resource planning, scheduling, financial analysis, and reporting.
