About the Role
As a behavioural strategist at Monks, you always work closely with creative teams. By combining behavioural science with creativity, we ensure that we not only create the most striking and innovative campaigns but also the most effective ones. You first immerse yourself in the target audience and, based on research, unravel why your target audience behaves the way they do. You translate these audience insights into a campaign strategy that gets the target audience moving.
Responsibilities:
- You work on behaviour change campaigns for a large number of clients in the public and non-profit sectors: from the Ministerie van OCW, De Douane, to clients such as ProRail and KWF.
- You collaborate with creative teams to ensure that the creative concepts are not only surprising and innovative but also align with the chosen behaviour change techniques.
- You conduct in-depth research into your target audience in collaboration with research agencies and identify the main drivers and barriers.
- You translate the main drivers and barriers into the most impactful behaviour change techniques. These techniques form the basis of your behaviour change strategy.
- You give presentations to clients (together with a senior behavioural strategist) in which you convincingly convey the target audience analysis and behavioural strategy.
- You enjoy collaborating with clients and sharing knowledge in an engaging manner. This benefits your target audience analysis and strengthens the bond with our clients.
About You
- For this role, we are looking for someone with 2 years of experience in behaviour change, behavioural research, and/or developing a campaign strategy.
- You speak Dutch at an idiomatic level.
- You have an interest in behaviour change - You want to understand why people behave as they do and think in solutions to achieve behaviour change.
- You are good at or want to improve in succinctly describing the key audience insights and strategic principles, while effectively incorporating the emotional layer into your narrative.
