Your impact:
- As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end aspects of True Voice Virtual Agent platform including creating conversation flow and back-end integrations. You will need to be very comfortable with back-end development, including frameworks and third-party libraries. You will be in the exciting position to work with an ambitious team of Project Managers, Data Scientists and Tech leads, working towards building
Your team:
- Our team’s mission is to design and implement solutions that balance product capability with customer requirements. We foster an environment of innovation, encouraging solutions that push our product’s boundaries to fulfill customer expectations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, QA, and product owners to deliver scalable and efficient backend services.
- Contribute to the design and development of backend APIs and microservices.
- Assist in optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
- Stay updated on best practices in backend development and emerging technologies.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Management Information System or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, preferably Node.JS
- Good understanding in MongoDB or NoSQL technologies
- Experience in Nginx or other web server technologies
- Good understanding in software development methodology and code quality
- Bonus skill: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Docker
- Good written and spoken communication in Thai and English
