We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter with a background in B2B marketing and sales to join our US team. You’ll also be working closely with the rest of the Artefact’s worldwide Marketing team.

As a junior B2B marketing manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company, specifically in the business-to-business (B2B) sector. This may include tasks such as:

  • Managing content, copy, and creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, internal communication, Linkedin posts, company blog and social media content
  • Managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns according to objectives (awareness, acquisition) mixing organic and paid approach, to support and generate leads for the management team. 
  • Copywriting for PPC ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc) and landing pages thanks to engaging and attractive communication
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the campaigns and post activation.
  • Analyzing campaign performance (Leader Generation, CTR, etc.) to gauge effectiveness and optimize strategies
  • Working with the leadership team to assess the needs of clients and utilizing account-based marketing strategies to take advantage of available campaigns and content to good effect
  • Coordinating industry events (webinars, business breakfasts, podcasts, participation in trade fairs & conferences with booths and speaking slots) and ensuring a multi-channel attractive communication (website landing page, mailing series, social media), effectively organizing budget, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Support the sales team in meeting their respective goals and in executing campaigns 

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to multitask effectively. You should also have a strong interest in marketing and be eager to learn and grow in the field.

The candidate will be an enthusiastic and hardworking young professional, excited to join our fast paced team in the US. You will be a confident communicator, have a passion for lead generation and a genuine interest in the tech industry and marketing.

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing management (apprenticeship or first working experience)  
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation automation systems, including Salesforce.com, Pardot, etc.
  • LinkedIn expertise in organic and paid 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting, editing and presentation) and ability to easily interact with virtual colleagues; proficiency in Google Workspace a must; experience with Canva preferred
