Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Automation Developer who is passionate about scripting, automation, and leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PowerShell and basic C#/.NET development, along with a strong interest in automating repetitive processes and improving operational efficiency.
This role offers an opportunity to work on automation projects supporting IT operations, cloud services, and business processes while collaborating with experienced engineers and automation specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Assist in building automation tools and utilities using C# and .NET.
- Automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks.
- Integrate automation workflows with REST APIs and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation solutions.
- Work with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automation processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Skills
0–3 years of experience in scripting, or automation.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI coding assistants.
- Exposure to Azure services such as Azure Functions or Azure Automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of SQL Server or relational databases.
Skills Required
