Job Description

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Data Processing

● Create / update the product coding dimension of the database, ensuring data integrity and quality

● Research / validate attributes assigned to products to ensure they are correctly coded and placed within the client’s database. Leverage a variety of sources of information such as: ○ Internet research ○ Profitero In-house research applications

● Profitero collected data

● Partner agency information

● Information provided by the client

● Ensure all products assigned to a given database & account have the same characteristics according to the pre-defined criteria.

● Ensure all deadlines are met and any risks proactively escalated and communicated Data Quality

● Follow the Data Enrichment Team’s best practices for all matching tasks at all times.

● Carry out specific QC processes to ensure the team’s output is of the required quality

● Identify gaps or inconsistencies in pre-defined rules and resolve any issues

● Providing regular status updates to ensure that the project milestones are being met Process Improvements and value-added services

● Take ownership for your own knowledge enhancement related to e-commas and data processing

● Discuss with other team members complex cases to develop the best team approach

● Help to onboard and develop new team members

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE SKILLS 

● Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, document management and database management

● Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform detailed and accurate analysis

● Excellent PC Skills including Excel pivot tables and functions

● Ability to prioritise

● Attentiveness ● Multicultural awareness

● Excellent communication skills (including a good standard of written and spoken English)

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Ability to work in a matrix structure and inspire high team spirit

● Dynamic and initiative-taking personality
