This full-time, in-person apprenticeship is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and contribute to the seamless execution of client projects. The Junior Associate Project Manager (JA PM) at Marketwake is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of projects under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. The JA PM acts as the key connector in assisting the Project Manager to manage creative, account, and client needs, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflows while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

• Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication among team members.

• Task Ownership: Take initiative to own tasks and projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.

• Timeline Management: Track Asana timelines and project milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account, and client-facing teams to align project goals and expectations.

• Communication: Facilitate clear, concise communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.

• Problem Solving: Identify potential project challenges and proactively work with the Project Manager to develop solutions.
