Junior Associate Application Specialist

What are we looking for? 

As a Junior Associate Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting successful projects using Eyelit Technologies’ suite of tools. You will be working with some of the world's most prestigious manufacturing companies both on and off site to drive improvement in their productivity. The primary goal is to drive success and deliver value to our customers with multiple sites across the globe.  

Eyelit operates 24/7 across global time zones, and candidates may be required to work various shifts on any day of the week as needed. Shift assignments will follow rotational schedules. 

What will you be doing? 

• Provide first and second-line support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns effectively. 

• Perform manual and automated testing of new releases and updates to ensure functionality and reliability. 

• Test and commission the final system to confirm it meets all specified requirements and performance standards. 

• Record and track any issues with all relevant details in the issue tracking systems 

• Ensure appropriate documents are generated for every deliverable. Add and keep up-to-date the company knowledge base 

• Contribute to project implementations from initial requirements gathering, design, execution, QA, customer training, Go-Live support through to ongoing support, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes. 

• Build and configure screens, dashboards, and user interfaces using Eyelit Technologies’ designer tools. 

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and determine optimal solutions. 

• Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using Eyelit Technologies systems. 

• Configure Eyelit Technologies’ solutions to accurately model and integrate with customer environments. 

• Specify, develop, and test interfaces to integrate Eyelit Technologies with third-party systems. 

Additional Responsibilities 

• Working with the presales team to help out with maintaining and updating existing demo models and assisting with presales demos and relevant collateral 

• Input to the product roadmap – feedback of customer requirements / opportunities driving system development 

• Working with development team to ensure new system functionalities required for a customer meet requirements in terms of specification, testing and delivery on time vs plan 

• Participate in other projects and initiatives as assigned. 

What you bring 

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering) 

• Knowledge of manufacturing domain and systems 

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Optimization, Operations Research, Planning and Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Project Management, AI/ML 

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to senior level, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions. 

• Proficiency in delivering presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support. 

• Some shifts require working from home and hence require a high speed and reliable internet connection at home.  

Nice-to-have: 

• Experience with a manufacturing/enterprise software application 

• Experience with SQL and databases 

• Experience with programming/scripting languages 

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, solution implementation or industry-specific certifications can be advantageous 

• Strong interest in IT / Computer technology / Manufacturing
