Junior Applied AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Junior Applied AI Automation Engineer to join our Song Data & AI team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of impactful AI-driven automations and experiences. You will transform business concepts into scalable, production-ready building blocks and prototypes that integrate seamlessly into larger systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and automation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate APIs into automation workflows.
• Develop, debug, and test lightweight services using Python or TypeScript.
• Utilize SDKs to interact with language models and manage JSON payloads.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, and execute small-scale database queries.
• Contribute to evaluation, iteration, instrumentation, and documentation processes.
• Provide support for demos and internal workshops to showcase AI capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Approximately 1 year of coding experience (Python preferred).
• Foundational understanding of large language models (LLMs) and embeddings, with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with Git, local development environments, and cloud CLI tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Lvable, Cursor, Codex).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with orchestration tools such as n8n or LangChain.
• Knowledge of Slack or Microsoft Teams integration.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and prompt engineering fundamentals.

• Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to shared success.

• Proficiency in English is required. Swedish is optional but an advantage.
• Occasional travel may be required
