YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an energetic and highly professional Junior AP Accountant for our central finance department. We seek individuals who have clearly shown excellence in their past, people who have strong team skills and a good sense of humour will have an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly motivated international team. In a full-time and permanent position as a Junior AP Accountant you will join our office in the centre of Warsaw, supporting Altman Solon’s several offices in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
- Payables accounting and reconciliation
- Payments preparation
- Travel expenses validation and reconciliation
- Support monthly and annual closing
- Support audits and financial statements
- Contact with vendors and banks
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting experience in an international environment will be an advantage
- Strong MS office skills; knowledge of a leading accounting system will be an advantage
- Highly quantitative and results oriented
- Communicative and enthusiastic with team spirit
- Fluent in English, language skills in German, French or Italian will be an advantage
