About the Role
As a Junior Analyst, you will join the global Modern Workplace Services team within the Magna IT Infrastructure department. Following a suitable training period, your main responsibility will be to ensure operations within the Modern Workplace - License Management team. This role involves supporting various license management tasks, including monitoring, reporting, and aiding Magna's device standardization process by coordinating with both the business and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing user accounts in various third-party portals.
  • Using Magna's ITSM tool to manage support tickets from Magna's global user base related to licensing global IT applications.
  • Maintain licensing information on SharePoint pages.
  • Coordinate hardware testing with global contacts to support Magna's hardware standardization requirements.
  • Preparing and sending monthly usage reports
  • Monitoring license subscription levels and taking proactive action to ensure subscriptions are available as needed


Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar or relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge of tools used for reporting (Excel, PowerBI, ...)
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware configuration
  • Great English and communication skills
