We’re a team of technology enthusiasts and professionals, passionate about building innovative VOD solutions. 📺💡 Since 2020, we’ve been part of VECTRA - the largest privately owned capital group in Poland.

We’re looking for a motivated Junior AI/ML Developer who, during an initial 3-month probation period, will help us assess the need for AI/ML implementation across different areas of the company. After the probation period, the role will involve actively developing AI solutions to improve various business processes.

As part of our team, you’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and get hands-on experience across the entire software development process. 

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply technologies, software best practices and principles
• Build, train and evaluate machine learning models using real-world data
• Build AI agents (eg. for customer support, booking workflows etc.)
• Build and integrate MCP tools 
• Participate in the apps development lifecycle
• Collaborate with the team of engineers, designers and product managers to prototype and integrate AI features
• Explore and test ideas for AI agents and model-based automation
• Contribute code and experiments to our internal tools and services

We expect:

• Solid Python knowledge (data manipulation, scripting, APIs)
• Practical understanding of machine learning and experience with at least one framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts like supervised learning, embeddings, evaluation
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Interest in LLMs, MCP, agents is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of NestJS or PHP is a plus
