Junior AI Engineer – Generative AI & Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

THE CHALLENGE:

We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior AI Engineer to support our world wide initiatives. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve operations, and drive new revenue streams. You'll be involved in rapid prototyping and collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement GenAI solutions that deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support digital transformation by exploring generative AI opportunities.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Start innovative projects with quick and effective prototyping.
• Collaborate with teams to build and refine AI-powered products.
• Develop and deploy AI applications that generate cost savings and new value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, refine, and commercialize new AI-powered products.

ABOUT YOU:

• Some experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering, particularly with Generative AI models.
• Basic programming experience in any language.
• Interest in deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and a drive to explore and apply new AI technologies.
• Enjoy working in an experiment-based environment, with a proactive approach to testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and sharing insights.
