At Mister Spex, we're leveraging data, business intelligence, and AI to drive smarter decisions across the organisation. As a Junior AI & Data Analyst, you'll support the development of AI-powered solutions, contribute to our reporting landscape, and help generate insights that create real business value.
Working alongside experienced analytics professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in automation, reporting, and emerging AI technologies while continuously developing your skills.
How you contribute
Maintain and continuously improve our dashboard and reporting landscape
Support the development of AI-powered agents and analytics solutions within existing frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven insights and ad hoc analyses
Help automate analytics processes and enable scalable reporting capabilities across departments
Contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure, KPI governance, and data quality processes
Learn from senior team members and actively participate in shaping innovative AI and analytics use cases for the business
What you bring
A completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an analytics focus (or a comparable field)
Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence
Demonstrated AI curiosity through personal projects, coursework, practical applications, or the active use of AI tools
An analytical mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a highly collaborative team environment
Experience with Power BI (or other BI tools) as well as Python and/or SQL is a plus
Professional fluency in English; German is a plus

Skills Required
