About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Adobe Campaign & Audience Operations Specialist to support audience creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations activities within Adobe Campaign. This is a hybrid role requiring work in-office 2–3 days per week in Dallas, TX or Basking Ridge, NJ.


What you'll do

This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in marketing technology (MarTech), customer audience segmentation, campaign operations, and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized, and eager to learn new systems and processes while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will help ensure marketing campaigns are accurately targeted, properly configured, and deployed on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and data integrity. This role provides a strong foundation for a career in Marketing Operations, CRM Marketing, Audience Strategy, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Campaign Management, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).  

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop expertise in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

• Learn audience strategy, customer segmentation, and campaign lifecycle management.

• Gain experience working with customer data and marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and validate customer audiences and segmentation criteria based on marketing and business requirements.

• Support campaign setup, workflow management, quality assurance, and deployment activities within Adobe Campaign.

• Review audience selections, campaign configurations, and deployment materials to ensure accuracy prior to launch.

• Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support campaign execution.

• Monitor project timelines, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively.

• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot audience or campaign-related issues.

• Document campaign processes, business rules, deployment procedures, and quality assurance activities.

• Follow established standards and best practices for marketing operations, customer data management, and campaign execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and campaign execution processes.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related field. 

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including:

    • Adobe Campaign (AC)

    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Exposure to customer data management, audience segmentation, campaign execution, or marketing operations.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies, workflows, and business processes quickly.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
