Your impact:
As a Junior Admin Support, you will have the unique opportunity to support our sales team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role will provide you with exposure to the B2B sales process and valuable insights into the software industry. You will work closely with our sales team, gaining practical experience while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Your day to day responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as creating and managing sales documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Enter and maintain customer information, sales activities, and relevant data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and sales representatives, leveraging email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads through various channels (email, website forms, etc.) to gather necessary information and understand customer needs.
- Assist in generating reports on lead follow-up activities, tracking conversion rates, and providing insights to optimize the lead management process.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and alignment in the lead follow-up process.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as Sales Admin or Sales coordinator in the technology or SaaS sector for enterprise clients, Open for fresh grads
- Interest in sales/account management/relationship management
- Possess verbal and written skills in both Thai and English language
- Attention to detail, Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are key to be successful in this role
