We're bringing our accounting in-house - an exciting opportunity to be part of something we're building from the ground up. As we scale fast toward our Series B, we want our finance operations to be as sharp and ambitious as the rest of the business.
This role is at the heart of that. You'll own the day-to-day finance operations - reconciliations, journals, invoices - giving our finance team the foundation they need to focus on strategy and big-picture growth. It's a chance to make a real impact, build great processes, and grow alongside a company on an exciting trajectory.
What you'll doOwn month-end close. You'll complete bank reconciliations, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations so we can report to investors with confidence and hit our close deadlines consistently.
Keep our finances running smoothly. You'll handle the day-to-day operations that keep the business on track - invoices, payments, and everything in between.
Improve cash flow visibility. By processing invoices internally, you'll help us plan payments more intelligently and give the whole team clearer sight of where we stand.

What We Do
Remaking the way we make families. Gaia is bringing value-based care to fertility. We focus on improving outcomes for our members through better care and end-to-end support, and believe they should only pay us if successful. We take on the risk so that our clinic partners get paid regardless of outcomes. Our founder, Nader AlSalim, experienced the challenges of IVF firsthand as he and his wife went through 5 rounds of treatment to conceive their son. He created Gaia to give others the experience he wished he’d had. Today, a Gaia baby is born every 2.6 days, and with an NPS above 80, our Members feel taken care of at every step of their journey.
