You will be a core member of the Finance team.
Your responsibilities
Communicating with vendors, reconciling outstanding AP balances
Comparing fleet usage history with supplier data
Preparing accounts receivables by collecting adequate supporting documents
Reconciling the transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of accounts.
Reporting any fluctuations and variances
Supporting the Accounting & Finance Manager
Performing other duties as assigned

Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field
Good communication skills
Understanding of Accounting Principles
Attention to details, working with a high level of perfectionism
Strong Excel skills (including formulas, graphs, tables)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
2 to 4 years of work experience in a corporate environment part of the Finance or Accounting department
The role demands a hands on, detail-oriented person who will be able to stick to strict deadlines.
Fluent in English Language
