This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include

  • Manage accounts payable process;
  • Verify and bookkeep supplier bills and expense claims (including contractors bills) in our accounting system Quickbooks;
  • Assemble and review bills for payment;
  • Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile bank transactions;
  • Reconcile supplier statements;
  • Support month-end and year-end close process, yearly audits;
  • Manage expenditure accounts, assist in budgeting and monitoring the budgets on expense and ensure accurate record keeping across departments;
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks upon request.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

  • 1+ years of experience in an international company, preferably as an accountant, AP specialist or bookeeper.
  • Degree in accounting, administration or related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specially Excel; 
  • Working knowledge of accounting software like Quickbooks or similar ERP
  • Experience with the month-end/year-end close process;
  • Problem-solving and team-player attitude with ability to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization;
  • Being a responsible and tech-savvy person;
  • Proficiency in English. 

It’s nice if you also have

  • ACCA/ CPA certification
