SiA – Strategy in Action owns two subsidiaries:
- 3HORIZONS: A consulting firm specialising in delivering strategy projects using the SiA Platform.
- SiA LABS: Our research and development division, responsible for all software development and maintenance of the SiA Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist with entering and processing vendor invoices, ensuring they are paid on time, and help with collecting outstanding payments from clients.
- General Ledger: Support with recording business transactions and ensuring financial records are accurate.
- Bank Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial statements are correct.
- Financial Reports: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Cost Management: Monitor and compare actual company expenditures against the budget.
- Financial Processes: Support in improving and streamlining financial processes, including cash management and accounting tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Some experience in accounting (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of accounting software (experience with Xero or TeamSystem is ideal).
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian
