Responsibilities
- Process and track employee and company expenses.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Reconcile expenses, payroll data, and related accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding payroll and employee-related financial matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
