About the Job
- Accounts Payable Processing: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and pricing details. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any invoicing or payment-related discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and documentation. Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the verification process.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors within established payment terms. Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions.
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and appropriate documentation.
- Vendor invoicing.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records, both electronically and physically. Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents.
- Assist in generating regular reports related to accounts payable activities, such as outstanding payables, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
