About the role:
- Work along side a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and timeous.
- Get a excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all our clients.
- Capture all the bank transactions that pull through in to Quickbooks.
- Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
- Perform labor breakouts and analysis for all our clients.
- Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete.
- Assist with preparing monthly/ weekly management reports .

- A bachelor of commerce degree in financial accounting or management accounting.
- Individuals who work well in team environments and have a high level of communication.
- Someone who is proactive and will actively seek out ways to improve.
- An individual that will add to the work culture and develop meaningful relationships with work colleagues.
- Skills in accounting or management accounting.
- A good eye for detail.
- An individual who communicates productively to other team members.

- Someone who has a DIY mentality where they proactively tackle challenges and tasks through self-initiated efforts and resourcefulness.
- A candidate who is accountable for their performance by demonstrating commitment to achieving goals and delivering results with excellence as an individual, team, and company.
