We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our Minneapolis team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-facing position, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic agency environment. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and client expectations are met with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Support senior account representatives in coordinating campaigns and projects.

  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general project management tools.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
