Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clients, solving problems, and contributing to business growth. As a Junior Account Representative, you will support account management activities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure clients receive outstanding service throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Assist with managing customer accounts and daily account activities.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare reports, account updates, and business documentation.
