Your Mission:As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day client communication and ensure alignment across Performance, Creative, and clients.
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, translating client needs into clear direction, and acting as the bridge between clients, Creative, and Performance from brief to execution.
Working closely with senior team members, you’ll help drive strategy into clear, high-quality deliverables delivered on time.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of client services, project management, and performance marketing — ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll DoClient Communication & Relationship Management
Manage daily communication with clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and strong alignment.
Build trust through organized follow-ups, clear updates, and a strong understanding of client goals.
Project & Delivery Coordination
Act as the link between clients and internal teams (Creative, Performance, Strategy).
Ensure alignment across goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Track tasks and timelines, ensuring work is delivered on time and flagging risks early.
Client Onboarding & Briefing
Support client onboarding processes, ensuring all key information is gathered and organized.
Build clear, structured briefs that guide internal teams toward cohesive and effective execution.
Strategy Execution Alignment
Ensure that strategic direction is clearly translated into execution across all teams.
Help maintain consistency between strategy, messaging, and final outputs.
Content & Social Direction Support
Collaborate on content direction for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Stay up-to-date with market and cultural trends to inform creative angles and messaging.

Previous experience in similar roles or exposure to marketing/digital environments is a plus.
