We are a fast-growing sales and marketing firm seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll help drive growth by developing and executing strategic plans for our key accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with major clients, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in account management, sales strategy, and client relations.

What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet client goals and revenue targets
Expand existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and client deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal departments
Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
Offer strategic insight to help shape the client’s brand positioning and customer experience
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Identify market trends and customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
