The Role

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll enter our comprehensive training program to gain a foundation of mortgage and sales fundamentals. We have the tools to help you create, and grow, an exciting career as Account Executive and with a successful book of business.

- Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts.
- Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities.
- Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance.
- Support training efforts by providing accounts with information on systems, policies, procedures, and products.
- Respond to account inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
What You'll Do
Learn and apply knowledge of mortgage fundamentals and sales skills real time, with focus on the following areas:
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to seek guidance when needed.
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
