The Role

We are now hiring Junior Account Executives to join our local team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on event marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement. You will help promote client brands by supporting and executing live marketing events, campaigns, and promotional programs.

This role works closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

This is a trainable entry-level position with a clear path into management for high-performing individuals.

🌟 Position Overview

As a Junior Account Executive, you will support the execution of event marketing programs and brand campaigns. You will assist in coordinating promotional activities such as events, shows, pop-ups, and community campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Successful candidates will be trained and developed into future leadership and management roles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of event marketing programs and brand promotion campaigns
  • Assist in achieving team performance goals and departmental objectives
  • Work alongside customer service and sales teams to improve operational success
  • Help train and support new or entry-level team members
  • Monitor and evaluate work quality to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Research and respond to escalated customer inquiries
  • Promote strong customer experiences to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Represent client brands at live events, campaigns, and promotional activations
🎯 Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and respect for others
  • Comfortable working full-time, including weekends for events
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and promotions
  • Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and in-person sales
  • Trainable, motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role
