We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting account development, and helping execute high-impact campaigns. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who wants to grow their career in account management, client services, and event marketing.
What You’ll Do:Support Senior Account Executives in managing and developing client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners and donors
Assist in campaign planning, development, and execution for various nonprofit initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback and reporting to improve results
Help develop client proposals and marketing strategies to drive fundraising success
Participate in client meetings and contribute to presentations
Assist with day-to-day account management tasks, including client communications and project coordination
Strong Communicators – excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Efficient with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects
Self-Starter who can work independently and take initiative
