We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting account development, and helping execute high-impact campaigns. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who wants to grow their career in account management, client services, and event marketing.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support Senior Account Executives in managing and developing client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners and donors

  • Assist in campaign planning, development, and execution for various nonprofit initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback and reporting to improve results

  • Help develop client proposals and marketing strategies to drive fundraising success

  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to presentations

  • Assist with day-to-day account management tasks, including client communications and project coordination
