Position Overview:

Our rapidly evolving IT Network department is seeking a Senior/Technical Lead Network Engineer with deep expertise in Arista Networks solutions and campus networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing both data center and enterprise campus networks, leveraging Arista hardware and software such as Arista Validated Designs (AVD), CloudVision Portal (CVP), Network Detection and Response (NDR), and AGNI (Arista Guardian for Network Identity).

This role will also involve implementing Arista WiFi, Network Access Control (NAC), and end-user authentication/certification strategies, ensuring a secure and seamless network experience.

Your Impact:
  • Provide technical leadership in the Campus Network area and to think and execute proactively to ensure the scalability, stability and security of the platform

  • Identify, Influence and Implement technology and processes to modernize our Network Infrastructure

  • Collaborate with Network leadership to assure visible communication, risk reduction and accountability for the performance and stability of the Campus network platforms

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience of Network Engineering; College Degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years in a senior level engineering role engaged with IP network technologies with Expert-level experience with BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS, and segment routing.

  • Implement SD-WAN and hybrid cloud networking solutions for enterprise connectivity.

  • Automate network configurations using Arista AVD, Ansible, Python, and Terraform.

  • Utilize Arista CloudVision Portal (CVP) for network telemetry, automation, and lifecycle management.

  • Implement AI-driven network monitoring and analytics for proactive issue detection and resolution.

  • Manage device compliance and software upgrades through automation pipelines.

  • Deploy NDR (Network Detection and Response) solutions for real-time threat visibility and mitigation.

  • Implement network segmentation and micro segmentation to enhance security.

  • Ensure compliance with industry security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and Zero Trust Architecture.

  • Enforce role-based access control (RBAC), MACsec, and secure onboarding policies.

  • Must have a solid sense of accountability for performance and continued improvement of execution

  • Communicates well within the team to effectively relay status and accomplishments to management

  • Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate our future state technologies

  • Arista Certifications (ACE-L2, ACE-L3, or equivalent).

  • Experience working with multi-cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Familiarity with high-performance campus networking architectures (leaf-spine, SD-Access, fabric-based designs).

  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments, integrating Arista with Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $131,000 - $197,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
