Job Description

  • Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and architecture.
  • Developing new tools to improve security, efficiency, and overall NOC efficiency.
  • Enhance the tools to support our NOC team with our multiple products.
  • Improve efficiency and integrity through automation.
  • Engage with other departments to learn and recommend where we can provide value to the customer and company.
  • Participate and help in solving problems.
  • Expect the unexpected.
  • Attend departmental meetings and briefings as required

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
  • Basic scripting/programming capabilities.
  • Working Knowledge of Linux based operating systems and management.
  • Good Experience with Ansible, Jinja and Python
  • Good Experience with Napalm, Nornir, PyATS, Netmiko … etc
  • Good Experience with Frontend development jQuery, Vue.js
