1.Process Assessment and Analysis:
•Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand and document existing processes.
•Identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation.
•Analyze process workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine automation feasibility.
2.RPA Development:
•Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath RPA software.
•Write and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
•Configure bots to interact with various applications, databases, and systems.
•Implement error handling and exception management to ensure robust bot performance.
3.Integration:
•Integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
•Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange between RPA bots and existing software systems.
4.Testing and Quality Assurance:
•Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
•Debug and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
5.Documentation:
•Maintain detailed documentation of RPA development processes, bot configurations, and changes.
•Create user manuals and training materials for end-users and other stakeholders.
6.Monitoring and Maintenance:
•Monitor the performance of deployed bots and address any issues promptly.
•Implement updates and improvements to existing RPA solutions as needed.
7.Compliance and Security:
•Ensure that RPA solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations.
•Implement best practices for secure bot development and access controls.
8.Training and Support:
•Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders on the use and benefits of RPA solutions.
•Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA implementations.
9.Continuous Improvement:
•Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.
•Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation expansion.

Western Express, Inc. is an asset-based truckload carrier headquartered in Nashville, TN with terminals and facilities throughout the United States. Our company was founded in 1991 by Wayne and Donna Wise. After the passing of Wayne Wise in 2010, the future of the company was placed in the hands of the existing management team. In 2019, Western Express was able to provide the opportunity for the Wise family to redeem most of their shares. They will maintain a minority shareholder position. The current management team now owns the majority interest.
