What You'll Do
- Design and deploy surveys using platforms like Alchemer, including questionnaire development, testing, and distribution.
- Support data collection for research projects such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
- Analyze survey and customer/attendee data using Excel, SQL, and basic statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends.
- Prepare data summaries, charts, and visualizations that support research findings and presentations.
- Assist with audience segmentation analyses and persona development based on research data.
- Conduct secondary research including competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring, and literature reviews.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized research documentation, data files, and project materials.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute data-driven insights.
- Learn and apply market research best practices under the guidance of senior team members.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with survey platforms such as Alchemer or Qualtrics (or eagerness to learn quickly).
- Basic SQL skills or a genuine willingness to develop them.
- Understanding of basic statistics: averages, percentages, distributions, and correlations.
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and how to choose the right chart for the story.
