As the first point of contact for internal IT support, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues get back up and running quickly by resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support, and making a real difference in their day-to-day work.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide premium IT support to group.one employees worldwide via E-Mail, Phone, Chat communication.
Resolve complex technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
Ticket Monitoring and ticket management in Zendesk
Participation and ownership of projects.
Analyse and fix disruptions.
Documentation of incident solutions and work arounds.
Troubleshooting (remote and on-site).
Collaborate with other internal IT colleagues daily.
Responsible for the rollout of devices.
Recording the devices in the inventory tool
Logical-analytical thinking
Technical understanding in the area of IT
Basic understanding of Network Technologies
Good experiences and knowledge in Windows Client OS Systems
Basic knowledge in Windows Servers
Basic knowledge in MAC OS
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of client Hardware (Laptop)
Good listening and empathic skills
Good social skills - enjoying contact with people
Interest in computers
Sense of precise work
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
