Job Overview
Provide HR administrative services in a customer-focused environment, maintaining confidentiality and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related issues.
Essential Functions
- Input and maintain data in HR databases.
- Complete data maintenance and audits.
- Handle hire administration tasks, including employment letters, background screening, and health-related screenings.
- Provide customer service support, logging and resolving inquiries.
- File and track personnel documents.
- Handle complex requests and escalate as needed.
- Share best practices and suggest process improvements.
- Foster teamwork and participate in projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/training.
- Knowledge of company HR policies and administrative processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and accurate data entry.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
