• Develop full-stack features using React, Node.js (NestJS), and AI-augmented development workflows.

• Practice Spec-Driven Development—translating business requirements, API specifications, and prompt contexts into clean, working code.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to rapidly prototype, write boilerplate, and write test suites.

• Practice Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to guide feature implementation and automated test generation.

• Work closely with cross-functional team members (designers, product managers, senior engineers) in an agile environment.

• Assist in building API integrations and maintaining backend/frontend system components.

• Triage and debug issues in production using AI-assisted debugging and monitoring tools.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code generated manually or via AI meets security, performance, and style standards.

Your Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with full-stack development using TypeScript, React, and Node.js (NestJS preferred).

• Hands-on experience incorporating AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) into your daily workflow to boost productivity.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, modern CSS (Tailwind/CSS-in-JS), and asynchronous data handling.

• Strong critical thinking skills - able to evaluate, validate, and refactor AI-generated code rather than taking output at face value.

Languages:

• English: business fluent required

• German: is a plus

This will set you apart from other candidates:

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development methodology and relevant frameworks/tooling (e.g., OpenSpec, Superpowers, or others).

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright) and using AI to expand test coverage.

• Basic knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD concepts.
