- Carry out daily order booking, ERP invoicing, E-Invoicing & dispatch to Customers and C&F.
- Ensure error free invoicing process.
- Handling documentation, dispatch, and co- ordination with Sales Team, Customers, C&F, Transporters, and couriers
- Coordinate with Sales team.
- Work Environment: Business Office & GMD
- Occasional travel only when necessitates.
Responsibilities
- Orders booking in M3.
- Picking list & Invoicing in M3, E-invoicing and E-waybill creation for all the shipments.
- Update Dispatch Plan register against Plan.
- Maintain the Orders register and update dispatch details in M3.
- Delivery order creation shipment Plan.
- Stock transfer Invoicing and shipments to C&F.
- Co-ordination with Production, QC, Warehouse, Finance and Purchase team to ensure that shipments done as per Plan and timeline.
- Receiving sample requests from various People from Kemin.
- Coordination with other departments and ensure the samples dispatches as per Plan.
- Receiving complaints and update the complaint register.
- Maintain all the dispatch related records Invoices, LR copies etc., properly, and as per retention period.
