Education
B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
Fresher or 1 year of experience Quality/Production/Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions.
Handle NCR, CAPA, 8D, and other quality-related documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Monitor and maintain quality parameters, inspection gauges, and measuring instruments.
Support internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Ensure adherence to ISO/QMS standards and company quality policies.
Required Skills
Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, and 8D.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
Skills Required
- B.Tech. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in Quality, Production, or Manufacturing
